Booking and payment conditions

Cancellations
If you cancel your booking please let me know in writing or by email. I would acknowledge this in writing or by email.

• You may cancel your booking and be fully refunded of all the money you have paid me (less an administration fee of £20), as long as I have received your cancellation by 4th June 2007.
• You may cancel your booking and be fully refunded of all the money you have paid me less £50, as long as I have received your cancellation by 14th August 2007.
• If you cancel your booking after 14th August you will receive no refund, unless you find someone else to take your place, or I have other people on my waiting/reserve list.

Confirmation
Once I have received your booking, I will email and post confirmation of your place along with an invoice.

Cancelled courses
In the event that it is necessary for me to cancel or reschedule the course, I will endeavour to give a minimum of one month's notice. In such circumstances a full refund will be available and all liability by me will be limited to the value of the money you have paid me. I think it is unlikely that I would have to cancel the course as it has run at least once per year for the last 6 years. I am now limiting the course to once per year, so the one after this one will be in autumn 2008.
