This one-day course is centred around presentation skills and being able to sell yourself, whether at work, in a job interview or any type of situaltion where you are trying to get your message across.

It will help you improve your ability to:

• make presentations
• make an impact
• use your body language effectively
• use your voice, speaking clearly and directly
• structure your message
• make your message concise
• sell yourself
• expand your 'comfort zone'

Course Method
This is more about doing things rather than sitting listening to the trainers talking to you. So there will be:

• the opportunity to see yourself on video
• experiential exercises
• watching video clips
• listening to audio clips
• group discussion
• groupwork
