Know yourself! - The Fundamentals of Co-Counselling
Develop deeper self-awareness: handle stress better and grow your confidence (two weekends November 2010)

If you are interested in doing this module but want to know more about it, I recommend that you phone me and I can respond to any questions or comments you have.

Dates

Weekend 1: 5 - 7 November 2010
Weekend 2: 26 - 28 November 2010
(You have to attend both weekends.)
Three (optional) evening practice sessions:
Thursday 11 November 2010, Tuesday 16 November 2010 and Wednesday 24 November 2010.
It is recommended that you attend these, but you don't have to do so.

Times

Fridays: 7.15pm - 9.15pm.
Saturdays: start at 10.45am, end between 5.00pm and 5.30pm.
Sundays: start at 10.45am, end between 5.00pm and 5.30pm.
Optional practice evenings will be 7.30pm to 9.00 or 9.30pm.

The course is non-residential.

Group size

6 -14. It has usually been around 8 - 10.

Food and accommodation

The Swarthmore Education Centre has a cafe that offers lunches of reasonable quality (filled baked potatoes, salads, sandwiches etc) and at reasonable prices.

The Etap Hotel is a brand new big hotel in the centre of Leeds by the Bus station, offering rooms at about £36 a night.
