The first sessions

I offer two initial appointments, as an ideal. Having two meetings gives us both the opportunity to work together before any commitment. The second meeting gives us further time to think about whether you want to continue with me and whether I can help.

The first appointment is for 90 minutes or one hour if time is short. The second, and on-going appointments, is for 50 minutes.
