Come and experience Kristal's knowledge of postures and her balance between the physical and the spiritual.

This workshop is not suitable if you are pregnant.

Saturdays - Refund terms
If you cancel your place within one full week of the workshop, I will only give a refund if you can find someone to take your place or if there is someone waiting to join.

Prices

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays: £7.50 once weekly class; £6 twice weekly class


Try your first three consecutive classes for £18 before you decide to book a place

Fridays £5 Pay-as -you-come

Individual Class for one-to-one
from £10 - £35 per hour.
Initial meeting is £35.

Payment

My classes are small and for this reason places are bookable except for my Wednesday Evening class and Friday afternoon class.

Advance payment reserves your place in class even if you miss a class.
Please pay in advance either monthly, half-termly or termly.
Let me know in advance when you are going to leave a class, so that I can offer, with notice, the place to another student.

I provide equipment for these classes.

Wednesdays 10.30am
Near Oakwood.
I provide equipment for these classes.

Wednesdays 6.15pm
Held at Chapel Allerton Primary School, LS7.
Bring your own equipment. Minimum required is a mat and a belt or strap of some sort.

Thursdays 6.30pm
Near Oakwood, Leeds 8.
I provide equipment for these classes.

Fridays 2.00pm
These classes are at the wonderful Seven Arts Centre in Chapel Allerton, 31a Harrogate Road, Chapel Allerton LS7 3PD.
Please bring a mat and blanket or foam block.
