My classes may relax or challenge you and I hope will inspire you to return. Many of my students have been attending my classes for 10 years or more. I offer you an opportunity to explore your physical capabilites and limitations whilst enjoying the essence of yoga practice. I like to create a relaxed ambience so that you can enjoy the class whatever I am teaching. I like to share all that I have learned and embodied in my own practice from all the teachers I have worked with in the UK. Every teacher has brought their own style and wisdom which I have worked with to make me the teacher I am today. In the conflicted and uncertain times we live in today, I believe that a regular yoga practice will create our own inner equilibrium so that we can maintain an inner mental and emotional strength in difficult times. As Yoga is more than a physical practice, I know that the benefits are immense if anyone practises regularly and with the 'right' intent for themselves.
