Starting on 25th February 2011, I have a new class at Seven arts centre...

Stretching, Toning, Relaxing…for anyone!
This class is for anyone regardless of whether they have done yoga before. It will be good for all the usual reasons that yoga is good, but will not be too vigorous.

Price: £5.00 per class: pay as you go
Time: Fridays 2 – 3pm.
Equipment: Bring a mat and/or blanket: some spare mats are available
